Farewell Walvis Bay

After an unforgettable time in Walvis Bay, it's time to cast off our lines and set sail across the pond, carrying with us some fantastic memories that will remain long after the Walvis coast line disappears beyond the horizone.

A huge thank you to Shane, our incredible tour guide, friend, and all around rock star. your warmth, generosity and local wisdom turned our stay into something special, most of all thank you for pushing us to come to Walvis Bay which was totally not on the cards, you shared delicious catches of the day to offering lifts and laughter, you made us feel very at home.

To everyone we met along the way, thank you for welcoming us with open arms and open hearts. Walvis Bay was certainly another place we could have gotten stuck for a year at least 😂 So before we find ourselves anchored too deeply, it is time to continue our journey.

Thank you Lester for instroducing us to Shane so many years ago, and we happily now share a life long friend.

Good bye Walvis Bay, Thank you for the magic, the scenery, the sunsets and the memories made with fantastic people.
